Our Story

FORMA was founded out of a shared passion for design, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and creating timeless homes. Built on decades of experience in construction, renovation, and real estate development, FORMA represents the next step in a journey that began over 20 years ago.

A Partnership Built on Experience

Zack and Jesse have been friends since 2000 and have collaborated on numerous home projects over the years. They combine Zack’s expertise in general contracting with Jesse’s vision for property transformation.

Zack, the owner of Construct All, has been a general contractor since 2010. His experience managing large-scale commercial and residential projects has given him a deep understanding of construction logistics, project execution, and quality craftsmanship. He excels at designing solutions and addressing complex construction challenges, which has been the foundation of his success.

Jesse has been flipping and renovating homes since 1999, when he purchased his first property. Many of the homes he has worked on were overlooked by others, often due to extensive issues that kept them on the market. His ability to see potential beyond the surface allows him to envision final results that exceed expectations.

Through their individual successes, Jesse and Zack frequently found themselves collaborating, complementing each other’s strengths. Over time, discussions about expanding Zack’s business led to the creation of Forma—a company dedicated to building custom homes, executing luxury renovations, and providing full-service design-build solutions.
